SpeechNinjas provides an interactive subtitle-making service. Our technology allows users to import audio from various sources and receive subtitles that enhance language learning and comprehension.
Service Provision
The services of SpeechNinjas are provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of our audio recognition and subtitle generation.
Account Creation
The process of account creation may take up to 48 hours, although this is not guaranteed. We endeavor to provide timely access but cannot always ensure immediate account activation.
Access and Termination
Access to SpeechNinjas services can be limited, and accounts may be terminated at any time at our discretion. Typically, termination, if necessary, will occur at the end of the current calendar month.
Trial Accounts
SpeechNinjas offers trial accounts, allowing for up to 10 subtitle generation requests. This is designed to provide users with an opportunity to evaluate our service.
Prohibited Use
Users must not utilize SpeechNinjas for the processing of sensitive or personal data. Additionally, the service must not be used for content that is sensitive, illegal, or prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Liability Limitation
SpeechNinjas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
