Refund Policy

1. Policy overview

This policy describes how Speechninjas handles refund requests for paid services. We aim to keep this process clear, fair, and contract-aligned.

2. Eligibility window

Refund requests are reviewed under these general rules unless a signed agreement states otherwise:

• 100% refund: Cancellation within 5 calendar days of payment and before delivery kickoff.
• 50% refund: Cancellation after kickoff but before completion of the first agreed milestone.
• No refund: Cancellation after milestone delivery has been accepted or materially used.

3. Retainer and reserved capacity

When delivery slots are reserved in advance, retainers may be non-refundable because engineering capacity is blocked exclusively for that engagement.

4. Work already performed

Completed research, implemented code, architectural documentation, and advisory sessions delivered prior to cancellation are billable and excluded from refund totals.

5. Request procedure

Send refund requests to hello@speechninjas.com with project name, payment details, and reason for cancellation. We review submissions within 7 business days.

6. Payment return method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a different method is required by banking or compliance rules.
