This policy describes how Speechninjas handles refund requests for paid services. We aim to keep this process clear, fair, and contract-aligned.
Refund requests are reviewed under these general rules unless a signed agreement states otherwise:
When delivery slots are reserved in advance, retainers may be non-refundable because engineering capacity is blocked exclusively for that engagement.
Completed research, implemented code, architectural documentation, and advisory sessions delivered prior to cancellation are billable and excluded from refund totals.
Send refund requests to hello@speechninjas.com with project name, payment details, and reason for cancellation. We review submissions within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a different method is required by banking or compliance rules.
